Does insurance cover Telemed services. Yes, BUT your insurance may not. This is a conversation for your Insurance carrier and the Telemed provider.

Board Certified doctors will be provided to you based on the state you are located.
Can Telemed be accessed on mobile devices? Yes, but it is typically by telephone only... no online access needed
What to expect during your doctor visits
Most doctor visits take about 15 minutes. You may talk with a Doctor immediately or schedule a time that is convenient.
Doctors review your medical history, answer questions, diagnose, treat and even prescribe medication.
Prescriptions will be sent to your pharmacy of choice.
